Wholesale Lighting Orders: Model, SKU & Delivery Checklist
Prepare a mixed lighting order with clear quantities, variants, prices and delivery requirements for wholesale or project purchasing.

A mixed lighting order can include many products that look similar in a catalogue. The most useful first step is a list that identifies exactly which configuration and quantity you want. HAOFLUX serves wholesale, project and individual buyers; order requirements are confirmed for the selected items rather than inferred from a general catalogue heading.
1. Build the list around SKUs
Use one line per configuration: model, SKU, quantity, finish and shade or power option. Copy the product link beside the line as a reference. A link alone is not enough when the page contains several prices or configurations.
Separate solar and mains wall lights, natural-stone and faux-stone shades, and different chandelier tier arrangements. Where the catalogue option name omits measurement units, mark the dimensions as needing confirmation rather than converting them yourself.
- Model and full SKU
- Configuration and finish
- Quantity and product-page link
- Confirmed dimensions or open questions
2. Ask about minimum quantities and mixed models
If you want several models in one shipment, send the full list before asking for a quotation. Ask which items are stocked, which require production and whether a minimum quantity applies to any selection. The website does not establish one universal minimum order for every product.
State whether the order is an initial selection, a repeat of previously supplied fixtures or a phased project. Reference the earlier order and sample approval for repeat items. Confirm requested changes explicitly, including their effect on pricing and timing.
3. Compare product price and delivery scope separately
The displayed HAOFLUX prices are selling prices for the listed configurations. Check the chosen SKU and currency when copying a price into your comparison. A starting price on a category card may correspond to another configuration on the detail page.
Freight is quoted according to destination. Request the destination and transport scope in writing, with any excluded charges identified. Do not assume that a product price includes delivery, installation or other services. Any order-specific commercial adjustment should appear in the confirmed quotation.
4. Agree packing and receipt checks
Ask how each model and configuration will be identified on the packing list. For projects, propose room or zone references so loose components can be matched to the right fixture. Discuss separately packed shades and requested spare parts before the order is finalised.
At receipt, compare package labels and quantities with the packing list and document visible damage or discrepancies. Follow the agreed reporting process. HAOFLUX accepts quality-related returns or exchanges; change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Contact the team with order details and photographs before returning items.
5. Send one complete enquiry
Email xue@haoflux.com with the SKU list, quantities, delivery city/postcode and requested timing. Include any drawings, finish references and required technical documents. Mark unresolved specifications clearly, especially if an installer or designer still needs to approve them.
For example, an enquiry may list two chandelier configurations for a lobby and separate wall-light quantities for an entrance. This is a format example, not a fixed product package. Keep the quotation, approved specifications and order confirmation together so future repeat purchases can refer to the same selection.
