Yes. HAOFLUX is the lighting brand of Haofeng Lighting, with its own factory in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. Our About page includes factory photographs.
Can individual customers enquire about one light?
Yes, we welcome individual and home enquiries as well as wholesale and project purchases. Availability and any minimum quantity depend on the selected model.
How do wholesale buyers request pricing?
Send model numbers, quantities for each model and the delivery destination. Quantity pricing and minimum order requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
What information is useful for a project enquiry?
Provide the fixture schedule or reference models, room sizes, ceiling heights, quantities, destination and required delivery date. Include drawings or site photographs if available.
Can I request a different size, finish or voltage?
Tell us the exact change you need. Feasibility, quantity requirements, additional cost and lead time must be confirmed for the selected model before an order is accepted.
Why does the price change when I change language or currency?
The default display currency follows the website language. You can choose another currency manually. Displayed prices are selling prices for the selected configurations in that currency. Confirm the currency and order details with us before ordering.
Do displayed prices include freight, duties or taxes?
Do not assume these costs are included. Packing, freight, insurance, import duties and taxes must be clarified for your destination in the quotation.
What are the lead time and payment terms?
They depend on stock, model, quantity, requested changes and destination. Confirm the production or dispatch schedule and payment terms with our team before placing an order.
Can I request product documents or certificates?
Tell us the model and the document required, such as dimensions, installation information or a test report. We will confirm which documents are available and applicable to that model.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and order reference, photograph the package and affected item, and contact our team promptly. Handling and any warranty support follow the agreed order terms.
How do I check installation and outdoor suitability?
Confirm fixture weight, mounting requirements, supply voltage and the model-specific IP rating before purchase. Installation should be assessed and carried out by a qualified professional.
